Yoga Series

Relax, recharge, and stay for dinner. Held one Wednesday each month, Namaste for Dinner features an all-levels yoga class led by local instructors. For just $10 per participant, your registration includes a glass of wine after class. Continue the evening with dinner at Empire and make wellness part of your midweek routine.
